Do I need prior authorization from my insurer?

For cashless claims, yes—your insurer may require pre-authorization for certain procedures (e.g., MRI, CT). Contact your insurer or our front desk for guidance.

How do I claim reimbursement?

Pay at the center, collect receipts and reports. Submit them to your insurer as per their process. We provide all documents needed for reimbursement claims.

Is CGHS / Ayushman Bharat accepted?

Yes. We are empaneled for CGHS and participate in Ayushman Bharat (PMJAY) where applicable. Bring your valid ID card for verification.

Can I use my corporate group health insurance?

Yes. Most corporate group policies tie up with TPAs or insurers we work with. Verify your policy coverage before visiting.

What if my insurer is not in your list?

Our list covers major panels. If yours is not listed, contact us via WhatsApp—we may still be able to assist or add new tie-ups.
