Magnus Diagnostics provides medical diagnostic services including but not limited to:

• Imaging Services: MRI scans, CT scans, X-rays, and Ultrasound imaging
• Laboratory Services: Blood tests, pathology, and clinical laboratory testing
• Specialized Diagnostics: Elastography, TIFFA scans, and other advanced diagnostics

All services are performed by qualified medical professionals and technicians in accordance with applicable medical standards and regulations in India.

As a patient or user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health history
• Inform us of any allergies, implants, or conditions that may affect diagnostic procedures
• Follow pre-procedure instructions (fasting, preparation, etc.) as advised
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide valid identification and insurance documents when required
• Inform us of any changes to your contact information

Appointments:

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in (subject to availability)
• We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for scheduled procedures
• Emergency services are available 24/7 at select locations

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment
• No-shows may be subject to a nominal fee for future bookings

Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made
• We accept cash, cards, UPI, and select insurance providers
• Prices are subject to change; quoted prices are valid for 7 days

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for interpretation of results
• Do not delay seeking medical advice based on information provided by us
• Website content is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice
• In case of emergency, contact emergency services immediately

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Magnus Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Technical accuracy of diagnostic equipment is maintained per manufacturer specifications

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Indian law.

All content on the Magnus Diagnostics website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Magnus Diagnostics or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
